Thank you for shopping with Technos-Japan. Our watches are authentic, one-of-a-kind pre-owned timepieces sourced in Japan, so please review each product's photos and description carefully before ordering.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Returned items must be unused and in the same condition in which you received them, including any original packaging or accessories. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or significantly not as described, we will cover return shipping and provide a full refund or a replacement where available. For change-of-mind returns, the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs.

How to start a return

Please contact us through our Contact page with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Do not ship items back before contacting us. We will provide the correct return address (returns are sent to Japan) once your request is approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will issue your refund to the original payment method within 7 business days. You will be notified by email.
