This is the Bandai version of Red Eyes Black Dragon (Seven Crimson Eyed Black Dragon). It has been circulating for over 20 years and is considered to be in quite good condition. The card status is shown in the photos. The 1999 version is less circulated compared to the OCG version and is considered rare and in good condition.
